Betty Agency Strengthens Creative Leadership with New Group Creative Directors
Creative agency Betty, part of the Quad network, has announced two key additions to its leadership team with the appointments of Kelly Roe and Nicole Meyer as Group Creative Directors (GCDs). These strategic moves underscore Betty’s commitment to elevating its creative output by embracing new technologies, trends, and integrated solutions to deliver breakthrough ideas that drive results.
Kelly Roe, newly hired as GCD and creative lead for Betty’s Chicago office, brings over 20 years of experience leading award-winning work at top agencies such as Jack Morton, Razorfish, and Leo Burnett. She has contributed to high-profile campaigns for major brands including Mars Wrigley, Visa, and Anheuser-Busch, and her work has earned accolades from Cannes Lions, Effies, The One Show, and Webby Awards. Roe’s role will focus on leading creative vision for key accounts, mentoring talent, and shaping Betty’s growing Chicago presence.
“I was drawn to Betty because it brings together creative ambition, strategic clarity, and a real-world approach that feels both refreshing and energizing,” Roe said. “The agency’s namesake, Betty Quadracci, inspires a bold and change-driven creative culture that I’m excited to help advance.”
Nicole Meyer, promoted from Creative Director to Group Creative Director, has been a key creative force at Betty since 2011. Her leadership spans campaigns for clients like Minnesota Lottery, Kemps, and Meet Minneapolis. Meyer will continue to drive creative excellence and team growth, building on her successful track record recognized by awards such as the Clio Awards and features in Rolling Stone and Fast Company.
“Stepping into this new role is an exciting chapter with outstanding opportunities for our teams to create breakthrough work and grow Betty’s reputation,” said Meyer.
Both Roe and Meyer will report to Heath Pochucha, Senior Vice President and Executive Creative Director at Betty, who expressed enthusiasm about the appointments: “Kelly’s bold thinking and Nicole’s strategic insight perfectly complement each other and will propel our culture and creative work forward.”
These leadership additions position Betty to continue delivering innovative, integrated campaigns that leverage Quad’s suite of solutions—fulfilling the agency’s mission to create great work that works greatly.
