Cadent’s AI operating model tackles this problem head-on, leveraging Gemini Enterprise to enhance internal productivity and using Vertex AI models and the Agent Development Kit to boost campaign performance for clients.

Cadent rebuilt its client platform and deployed custom AI agents capable of analyzing billions of data points across thousands of campaigns and line items. The results are striking: campaign resolution time is up 200%, ROAS has increased by 35%, and platform issues are resolved in under 12 minutes.
Boosting Employee Productivity
The company activated Gemini Enterprise across its 600 employees, focusing on high-impact use cases. Within 90 days, 75% of staff were actively using AI, generating 90,000 interactions and saving more than 3,000 employee hours. AI agents were specifically tailored to assist GTM teams with RFI creation, campaign planning, and sales prospecting by grounding insights in corporate systems like Confluence and Salesforce.
