Mobvista (1860.HK), a leading global technology platform for mobile developers, delivered a strong first half of 2025, posting $938 million in revenue, up 47% year-over-year, according to its interim results for the six months ended June 30. Adjusted EBITDA climbed 41% to $88.7 million, reflecting efficient operations and growing economies of scale.
Mintegral Leads the Charge
At the heart of Mobvista’s growth is Mintegral, the company’s programmatic advertising platform. Mintegral generated $897 million in revenue, a 48.6% increase year-over-year, with its AI-powered smart bidding system contributing more than 80% of total platform revenue.
The platform also rolled out Hybrid ROAS and IAP ROAS optimization strategies, designed to maximize advertisers’ return on ad spend. These innovations help advertisers fine-tune campaigns across diverse monetization models, reinforcing Mintegral’s position as a competitive global ad tech solution.
Gaming Drives Growth
Mintegral’s gaming segment was a standout performer, delivering $662 million in revenue, up 51.7% year-over-year, and now representing 74% of total platform revenue. The growth is fueled by mid-core and hardcore games, as well as hybrid monetization products that combine in-app purchases and ad-based revenue.
Beyond gaming, Mobvista is expanding into other verticals such as e-commerce and digital tools, which now make up 26% of Mintegral’s revenue, signaling the platform’s diversification beyond mobile gaming.
A Truly Global Footprint
Mobvista’s platform serves clients in approximately 130 countries, with traffic coverage spanning over 250 regions. With more than 99% of devices located overseas, the company has cemented its international presence and demonstrated its ability to scale globally.
What This Means for the Ad Tech Market
Mobvista’s results highlight several key industry trends: AI-driven optimization is increasingly central to programmatic advertising success, gaming continues to dominate mobile monetization, and platforms with broad international reach have a competitive edge.
For advertisers, the combination of AI smart bidding, hybrid monetization, and global reach makes Mintegral a formidable choice in an increasingly crowded programmatic ecosystem. As Mobvista continues to expand into verticals like e-commerce, the company could challenge other global ad platforms that rely heavily on regional dominance or single-category revenue.
