As brands increasingly seek culturally resonant campaigns, Mundial Media is positioning itself as a go-to platform for advertisers targeting diverse audiences. The new hires bring extensive expertise in digital media, multicultural marketing, and organizational growth, reinforcing the company’s focus on AI-driven contextual advertising and supply-side partnerships.

Driving Sales and Strategic Partnerships

Danny Ensenat joins as VP of East Coast Sales, bringing over 15 years in Hispanic media, including stints at Pulpo, ImpreMedia, and OMD. Known for creating campaigns that resonate culturally, Ensenat will expand Mundial Media’s East Coast footprint and client engagement.

Eric Kelly takes the helm as VP of Midwest Sales. With nearly two decades in digital media, including leadership roles at Pulpo and My Code, Kelly will drive client growth and relationships across the Midwest region.

Strengthening Operations and Business Development

Alex Haluska is onboard as VP of Business Development, leveraging nearly a decade in digital advertising to oversee ecosystem partnerships, supply-side relationships, and integrations that enhance the company’s contextual targeting capabilities.

Christine Fleming, VP of Sales Enablement, brings deep B2B marketing experience from Yahoo!, Leaf Group, and Ranker. She will optimize internal systems and client engagement to ensure scalable revenue growth.

On the finance side, Elena Linares joins as Assistant Controller, managing accounting operations, GAAP reporting, payroll, and audit compliance. A CPA and CFA Level II candidate, Linares’ expertise strengthens the financial backbone supporting Mundial Media’s expansion.

Why It Matters

These strategic hires come as multicultural audiences become a key focus for brands and as advertisers increasingly turn to AI and data-driven contextual solutions. By bolstering national sales leadership, business development, and operational infrastructure, Mundial Media aims to stay ahead in a competitive ad tech landscape that includes rivals like Pulpo, MiQ, and Smart AdServer.

As CEO Tony Gonzalez notes, these appointments are central to driving revenue growth, expanding strategic partnerships, and strengthening performance—an important step as Mundial Media scales its AI-powered platform to meet the demands of modern advertising.

With this expanded leadership team, Mundial Media is doubling down on the combination of culture, data, and technology, highlighting the growing importance of inclusive and performance-driven advertising in today’s digital ecosystem.
