Aditude has tapped veteran digital media executive Anthony Gonsalves as its first-ever Chief Revenue Officer (CRO), signaling the company’s intent to accelerate growth and sharpen its commercial strategy in the competitive AdTech landscape.
Gonsalves brings more than two decades of experience in digital advertising, video ecosystems, and global business development, most recently serving as Senior VP of Global Business Development at JWP Connatix. His resume also includes leadership roles at Outbrain and Swisscom, where he built partnerships that drove significant revenue expansion.
Why This Matters
CRO appointments are becoming increasingly common among scaling AdTech firms, reflecting a broader industry trend: aligning sales, partnerships, and marketing under one leader to maximize revenue efficiency. For Aditude, a company positioning itself as a technology partner for publishers and advertisers, Gonsalves’ expertise in the video ad ecosystem could prove pivotal.
“Anthony brings exactly the kind of strategic vision and execution expertise we need as we enter our next phase of growth,” said Jared, Aditude’s CEO and Founder. “His ability to build and scale sales organizations makes him the ideal leader to drive our commercial strategy forward.”
Gonsalves’ Playbook
At Aditude, Gonsalves will oversee all revenue-generating functions—including sales, partnerships, and marketing—while working closely with the executive team on go-to-market strategy. His appointment also suggests Aditude is preparing for aggressive expansion, as competition in digital media tech intensifies and publishers seek more efficient monetization models.
“I’m excited to join Aditude at such a pivotal moment,” Gonsalves said. “The foundation is already strong, and I’m looking forward to unlocking new opportunities, strengthening our market position, and delivering exceptional value to our clients and partners.”
The Bigger Picture
As the AdTech sector consolidates and privacy regulations force platforms to rethink targeting and measurement, companies like Aditude are under pressure to differentiate through innovation and partnerships. Appointing a CRO with global deal-making experience positions Aditude to pursue both.
If the company executes on its growth vision, Gonsalves’ appointment could mark the beginning of Aditude’s push into a higher league of AdTech players competing for share in the fast-evolving digital ad ecosystem.
