OpenX Expands Leadership Team to Boost OpenXSelect and Global Growth

OpenX Technologies, Inc., a leading omnichannel supply-side platform, has expanded its leadership team, appointing five senior executives across product, marketing, communications, and operations. The move supports OpenX’s commitment to delivering transparent, high-quality inventory, driving data innovation, and maximizing budget efficiency for buyers and publishers.

The new leaders will help scale OpenXSelect™, OpenX’s next-generation curation and supply-side targeting platform, designed to simplify programmatic complexity while improving performance.

“Programmatic, and even curation, have remained overly complicated for buyers and sellers,” said John Gentry, CEO of OpenX. “AI gives us the chance to simplify complexity, but success requires leaders with deep product expertise, customer focus, and innovation. These new executives strengthen our mission to make media work better globally.”

Meet the New Leadership

  • Sethu Balasubramanian, VP of Product: Brings 30+ years of experience from TiVo, Undertone, Cadent, and Xandr (Microsoft). He will lead OpenXSelect product development, focusing on automation, usability, and international scale across CTV, display, native, mobile, app, and video.
  • Nick Van Amburg, VP of Product Marketing: Formerly at Condé Nast, The New York Times, and Dotdash Meredith, Van Amburg will drive global product marketing, ensuring OpenXSelect capabilities align with buyer needs across the U.S., Europe, LATAM, and APAC.
  • Tiffany Tai, VP of Communications: With over a decade of experience from Hulu, Activision Blizzard, and Integral Ad Science, Tai will manage internal and external communications, media relations, analyst engagement, and corporate storytelling.
  • Nate Fishler, VP of Global Solutions & Technical Operations: Brings experience from Index Exchange, TikTok, and Kargo. Fishler will oversee operational execution, platform scaling, and revenue growth while streamlining OpenXSelect delivery worldwide.
  • Emily Kramer, Head of Agency Curation & Commerce Media: Formerly advising CPGs and retailers like Target’s Roundel, CVS, Macy’s, and Home Depot, Kramer will lead agency partnerships and retail media enablement, helping partners maximize commerce data value in curated media.

This leadership expansion positions OpenX to accelerate innovation, simplify programmatic buying, and enhance curated media strategies, reinforcing its reputation as a global leader in supply-side ad tech.
