AI Digital Opens Miami Innovation Center for AI-Powered Media

AI Digital Opens Miami AI Innovation Center AI Digital Opens Miami AI Innovation Center

AI Digital, an AI-native media consultancy, is opening an AI Innovation Center in Miami’s Design District, creating a physical environment where advertisers, marketers and business partners can explore how artificial intelligence is changing media planning, creative production and campaign execution.

Located at 51 N.W. 36th St., the center is designed to move AI demonstrations beyond presentations and virtual meetings. Visitors can interact with AI-powered installations, test advertising workflows and work directly with AI Digital specialists to understand how emerging technologies could apply to their organizations.

The facility will also host ongoing training sessions, workshops and client engagements, positioning the center as both an experiential technology space and a business education hub.

The opening reflects a broader shift in advertising technology as agencies and consultancies move from using AI primarily to accelerate existing processes toward exploring how it can reshape media planning, creative development and campaign management.

Six Interactive Experiences Demonstrate AI in Advertising

The AI Innovation Center features six experiences designed to demonstrate different applications of AI and interactive technology across advertising and media.

One of its central installations, Flight Simulator, allows visitors to manage a simulated advertising campaign spanning connected TV (CTV), search, social media and digital out-of-home (DOOH). Each channel operates through a separate interface, with campaign metrics and alerts changing during the simulation. Visitors must adjust their decisions across channels, with return on ad spend (ROAS) determining the final campaign score.

The experience illustrates the complexity of cross-channel media management and the potential role of AI in coordinating campaign decisions across multiple advertising environments.

The Creative Studio focuses on AI-assisted campaign development. Visitors work through a campaign brief with an AI assistant using an interactive touch table, while a connected screen generates creative visuals in real time. The session produces campaign assets across different formats, accompanied by feedback from a synthetic focus group.

Another installation, Step Into the Spotlight, uses an interactive mirror to place visitors in different outfits and environments before displaying the resulting images on simulated billboards and print advertisements.

City Runner turns visitors’ body movements into game controls and incorporates a quiz about advertising recall. The Next Take experience allows visitors to replace products featured in a short film and generate their own version of the content.

The sixth experience is scheduled to launch alongside the center’s grand opening. It will introduce an AI superagent for AI Digital’s Elevate platform, with an official announcement planned for November 2026.

AI Moves From Demonstration to Practical Marketing Workflows

The Innovation Center is intended to give marketing teams a practical understanding of how AI technologies can be applied to real business challenges. Rather than presenting isolated product demonstrations, the installations place visitors inside simulated advertising and creative workflows.

AI Digital CEO and Founder Stephen Magli said the center is designed to help businesses distinguish between AI capabilities that are commercially ready and those that still require development.

This distinction is increasingly important for advertisers evaluating AI investments. While generative AI tools can accelerate content production and automate repetitive tasks, enterprise adoption also requires understanding how these technologies fit into existing media operations, campaign objectives and organizational processes.

The synthetic focus group in Creative Studio, for example, demonstrates how AI-generated audience feedback could become part of creative development. However, synthetic responses should not automatically be treated as substitutes for feedback from real consumers or statistically representative research.

Similarly, the Flight Simulator experience illustrates cross-channel optimization challenges, but its simulated campaign environment is an educational demonstration rather than evidence of live advertising performance.

Market Landscape: Agencies Explore AI-Native Advertising

The launch comes as advertising agencies and media consultancies reconsider how AI fits into their operating models. Generative AI, automated media planning, predictive analytics and AI-assisted creative production are changing the way advertising teams approach campaign development.

The challenge is moving beyond individual tools toward connected workflows that can support planning, buying, creative production and performance evaluation.

AI Digital’s approach emphasizes experiential learning, allowing clients to test multiple applications within one environment. For agencies, advertisers and enterprise marketing teams, this could help identify practical use cases before committing to broader technology deployments.

The center’s focus on CTV, search, social and DOOH also reflects the increasingly interconnected nature of media planning. Advertisers need to understand how channel-level decisions influence overall campaign performance rather than treating each placement independently.

Strategic Outlook

AI Digital’s Miami Innovation Center represents an investment in demonstrating how AI can reshape advertising services and marketing operations. Its combination of interactive installations, specialist-led sessions and ongoing workshops creates a setting for client education and technology exploration.

The upcoming Elevate AI superagent announcement could provide a clearer indication of how the company intends to translate these demonstrations into operational AI capabilities.

For the broader AdTech market, the development highlights an emerging opportunity for consultancies to differentiate themselves through AI implementation expertise, rather than simply offering access to individual AI tools.

The longer-term value of the center will depend on whether its demonstrations translate into practical enterprise deployments, improved campaign workflows and measurable business outcomes.
