Ogury has appointed Nadav Perry as chief revenue officer for the Americas, putting a senior digital advertising executive in charge of sales execution and revenue growth as the adtech company expands its cross-channel offering.
Perry will oversee commercial operations across the United States, Mexico and Canada and join Ogury’s Executive Committee, reporting to CEO Nicolas Bidon. The appointment comes as the company pushes further into connected TV (CTV), audience intelligence and AI-driven advertising orchestration.
The move is notable less for the executive hire itself than for the market Ogury is attempting to address. Advertisers increasingly want audience activation, measurement and optimization to work across fragmented channels rather than through isolated buying platforms. That creates an opening for adtech vendors that can connect audience intelligence with execution across display, mobile, video and CTV.
Perry brings roughly two decades of experience spanning digital media, advertising technology and technology platforms. He spent the past seven years at Taboola, where he led global business development and built its brands and agencies business. Before that, he spent nearly a decade at Google, working on YouTube product strategy and innovation in EMEA and leading sales organizations during periods of rapid expansion.
His background gives Ogury a commercial leader familiar with both agency relationships and the technology side of video advertising. That experience could become particularly relevant as CTV becomes increasingly integrated into broader programmatic media strategies.
Ogury has recently expanded its CTV capabilities and introduced SONA, an agentic orchestration platform designed to coordinate advertising workflows using AI. The company’s broader Persona Intelligence positioning focuses on using audience signals to support targeting and activation without relying exclusively on traditional identifiers.
For advertisers, the strategic question is whether these capabilities can translate into measurable business outcomes across multiple channels rather than simply adding another layer to an already crowded adtech stack. Agencies and enterprise marketers are under continuing pressure to demonstrate incrementality, reach quality and return on media investment while managing fragmented inventories and increasingly complex identity environments.
For publishers and media owners, the competitive implications are more indirect. Demand-side platforms, audience technology providers and media networks are increasingly competing to become the connective layer between premium inventory and advertiser objectives. Vendors that can combine audience modeling, cross-channel activation and measurement may have an advantage as buyers seek fewer operational silos.
Market Landscape
The Americas remains a critical battleground for adtech companies pursuing scale, particularly as programmatic buying expands beyond traditional display into CTV, retail media, audio and other digital channels. At the same time, the market is consolidating around platforms that can offer differentiated data, automation and measurable outcomes.
Ogury’s challenge is competing against much larger advertising ecosystems while demonstrating that its audience intelligence and cross-channel approach delivers sufficient incremental value for advertisers and agencies.
Strategic Outlook
Perry’s appointment suggests Ogury is placing greater commercial emphasis on the Americas at a time when its product strategy is moving toward CTV and AI-assisted campaign orchestration. The near-term test will be whether Ogury can convert those technology investments into broader agency adoption, enterprise relationships and recurring revenue.
The appointment also reflects a wider adtech trend: executive teams are increasingly expected to bridge commercial strategy with data, AI and multi-channel media capabilities rather than treating sales and product innovation as separate functions.
